Medicaid Enrollees Challenge New Work Requirement Rules for Individuals with Serious Health Conditions

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Several Medicaid enrollees from across the country are challenging new federal rules for people with serious health conditions as they relate to the new Medicaid Work Requirements. IJP is co-counseling with national and state partners to help protect access to care for “medically frail” individuals.
